S.A.F.E. (Student Aid Fund for Emergencies) a program of the organization provides emergency funds to help meet the emerging needs of struggling students. S.A.F.E. provides for things such as emergency medications, eyeglasses, shoes, clothing, coats, counseling, food assistance, etc.
Students are identified by classroom teachers, school administrators, and/or social workers/counselors. Twin Falls Education Foundation works with a proactive team of professionals who assess the request, need, considers economic barriers, community resources, and responds in an efficient and prudent manner in helping to meet a student’s specific need.
